    I have to give at least one but I really want to give ZERO stars based on my recent experience with the Bellevue store. Between my wife and I, we’ve bought multiple sunglasses and glasses from OP including the Bellevue store. I just bought another pair of sunglasses from Bellevue last Sunday 6/7. Per the sales lady, a fresh pair should arrive within 2 - 3 days (Wed / Thu) for pickup and my credit card got charged. Didn’t hear back on Wed - OK, no prob. Didn’t hear back on Thurs - hmm. Still didn’t hear back by late Fri afternoon so I finally called them. While helpful, the store mgr couldn’t provide a status of where my order was since he was new and couldn’t access a certain system. He promised he would make it a priority to get an update Sat morning since a co-worker has access. Sat morning came and went with no call. Then Sat afternoon - nada. I finally called (again) but no one answered; left a voicemail to call me back. Surprise - no call back so far at EOD. An extremely disappointing experience. For the premium $ OP is charging for their specs, one would expect better customer service. Doesn’t the staff have reminders to check on overdue orders or even follow-up on customer calls? Not going back to this store ever.

    I had a wonderful experience at the Bellevue Oliver Peoples, thanks to Liz. My husband and I both purchased a pair of glasses, and Liz made the entire experience exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive from start to finish. When I was debating between my original order and another frame that I ended up liking even more, she gave thoughtful advice without being pushy, which helped me make the right decision. I decided to exchange my order, and she handled everything smoothly. What impressed me most was how carefully she adjusted our glasses to fit our faces perfectly. She took her time making sure everything was comfortable, checked for any issues, and made additional adjustments until they felt just right. I also brought in a pair of glasses that I had purchased there previously because they needed adjustment, and Liz was happy to help. She adjusted them perfectly as well, and they now fit more comfortably than ever. I’ve visited Oliver Peoples several times before, but I’ve never encountered someone as genuinely caring and detail-oriented as Liz. She made us feel valued and well taken care of. Thank you, Liz, for providing such outstanding customer service! Highly recommend asking for Liz if you visit the Bellevue location.

    Very disappointing experience at Oliver Peoples. I purchased a pair of glasses for around $500, and to my surprise, the staff didn't even package them properly. I was simply handed the glasses and had to put them into the case myself. For a luxury eyewear brand at this price point, I would expect a much higher level of service and attention to detail. The experience became even more frustrating when I returned to purchase replacement nose pads for approximately $150. When I came back to pick them up, the store couldn't even provide a simple box or pouch to carry them in. Considering the amount spent on both the glasses and accessories, providing basic packaging should be standard. It's not about the cost of the box—it's about the level of customer service and overall experience. For a premium brand, this felt surprisingly careless and below expectations.
