From the moment I walked in, Josue greeted me with such warmth and genuine friendliness that I immediately felt at ease. Josue took the time to understand my personal style and brought out a wonderful selection of frames, adjusting his recommendations based on my feedback and making sure I found not just one but two pair that I absolutely love. He helped me choose the right lenses for my work and driving needs, and even navigated all the coupons and deals so I could get the best value and really stretch my insurance dollars. Overall, he was just so warm, funny, and genuinely caring. I left feeling like I’d been truly taken care of.
