Excellent service from Hafiz! He patiently listened to our concerns about the issues we were experiencing with our existing progressive lenses and explained everything clearly using multiple examples. He carefully checked the details, including the slow and fast progression rates, and helped us understand all the available options. He also provided thoughtful recommendations based on the specific issues we were facing. Hafiz was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. We really appreciated the time he took to make sure we understood everything and were comfortable with our options. Highly recommend his service!

I had an eye exam here and Dr Yeh was very helpful. Then I needed to purchases lenses because my prescription changed and was helped by Hafiz. He was very easy to work with, patient in letting me decide on my frames and letting me know about the timeline to have new glasses ready. He also answered any questions I had.

You need to see Dr. Yeh. Best optometrist I've ever been to. In regards to buying glasses, they usually have a sale going for really high quality frame and lenses and you usually get them within the week (sometimes 24 hours after purchase depending if they have your lens in stock).

Hafiz was a delight to work with! He patiently answered all of my many questions about replacing the lenses in my prescription glasses and took the time to explain my options clearly. He was honest and transparent about what was best for my needs, never tried to upsell me, and even recommended the less expensive option when it made more sense. He also went out of his way to help me find discounts wherever possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Hafiz to anyone looking for new glasses or prescription lenses. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution, and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable!

tried to charge me $120 more for a contact exam just because I chose the slightly higher prescription that was only 0.25 more, saying it now constituted a “premium” appointment (I don’t have special lenses types on top of this). So I said then I’ll take the lower prescription because it’s not that big of difference and worth saving $120… staff went back to talk to doctor and were able to drop me down to the standard price and keep the higher prescription. I mean how does that not feel like they were trying to scam me… Make sure you ask before your appointment what they consider a standard vs premium appt. Bc they don’t explain it and ask about any charges that don’t sound right. Other than that, Dr. Yeh was great and the exam was straightforward and easy. Hafiz also worked with me after to order contacts and gave me a bunch of discounts bc I think he felt bad about them trying to charge me so much for a tiny change in my prescription.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
