Poor customer experience. Staff is rude, inconsistent with following the late arrivals. Some are let in after being late for 10 minutes, others are turned around after 5 minutes. While I don't ask for special treatment, simple politeness would be nice. Won't go back, although I liked the coaches.

I drove my girlfriend to her yoga session yesterday. She booked her session for 6:20pm. I got her there a minute early. She walked in at 6:20 and by the time she got to the desk, she was 1 minute late tops and was greeted by a very rude male Indian receptionist who refused to let her in claiming - “door closes at 6:20pm on the dot” and she wasn’t allowed in. Extremely poor customer service and rigid policies.
I understand the importance of punctuality but I’m sorry, you are running a business with customers who are paying you, not the other way around. It is only reasonable to have some wiggling room for session timings as part of good customer service. There are people who live far away and had to go through unexpected heavy traffic to come to your studio. Some of us have very busy work/personal schedules and it is not easy for us to carve out time for a session. The way the studio turns paying customers away because they were seconds late shows a lack of empathy and understanding.

Update your website Infared Yoga, so that unsuspecting first time guests like me don't show up expecting to "rent high-quality Alo mats" as advertised, only to have your front desk staff inform me that you don't rent mats, I can only purchase one. And if you're doing this to make extra cash on people, not good karma for a yoga studio.

I’ve always had a great experience at the studio. The staff is always friendly and instructors make the class go by so quickly. Knowledgeable and able to help modify injuries. Love taking classes here!!
What is infrared yoga, and how is it different from hot yoga?
Infrared Yoga uses modern infrared technology to warm your body directly, rather than surrounding you with hot air like traditional hot yoga. This creates a comfortable heat, similar to the warmth of the sun, between 92-99 degrees. It’s not stifling, and the air remains cool and breathable.
How does infrared yoga improve immune system function?
Infrared heat stimulates circulation and increases your body’s core temperature, mimicking the effects of a mild fever. This helps your body produce more white blood cells, which are essential for fighting infections and boosting immunity.
What toxins are removed during an infrared yoga session?
The deep-penetrating infrared heat helps open pores and promotes sweating, which releases toxins stored in your body, such as heavy metals, chemicals, and other impurities.
Can infrared yoga help with weight loss?
Yes, practicing yoga under infrared heat increases your heart rate and metabolism, which enhances calorie burn and augments your weight loss efforts. Combined with the benefits of yoga, it supports a healthier lifestyle.
How does infrared yoga benefit the skin?
The infrared heat boosts circulation and promotes sweating, which helps clear clogged pores, improve skin tone, and reduce the appearance of fine lines. It also encourages collagen production for firmer, healthier skin.
Will infrared yoga help with pain and inflammation?
Absolutely. The gentle infrared heat penetrates deep into your muscles and joints, promoting relaxation and reducing pain and inflammation. This makes it an excellent option for those recovering from injuries or managing chronic pain.
What should I bring to an infrared yoga class?
You’ll need a yoga mat for class. If you don’t have one, high-quality Alo mats are available for rental. Complimentary small towels for class and large towels for showers are provided, along with a fully stocked shower room equipped with toiletries, Dyson hair dryers, and other amenities.
What is the atmosphere like in the studio?
Our studio is dimly lit to create a calming environment. The infrared heat provides a soothing warmth, and the space is designed to encourage relaxation and focus. It’s a perfect setting to engage in a new daily ritual and sweat with intention.
