8.5/10. The facility is neat, quiet. Clientele are amicable and devoted toward frequent sessions. Other than the occasional middle aged female screamers when I’m simply trying to get a puffing pump going (weird) this is a fine starter/intermediate gym. It is rather unfortunate that one would HAVE to be required to pay the full investment of a “Coach Guided workout” due to the fact that for a core maneuver of the tricep extensions has your back turned away from the performance screen to inspect one’s own effort-flying blind so to speak. Coaches are not required to give you pointers or corrections whatsoever when owning the bare bones “self guided” plan. Best Regards

if youre able to, i really think its worth the investment not just as your primary strength training regimen but to compliment what youre already doing, even if you already strength train outside of the fastfit program -- excellent and personable trainers on site, the facility is small, comfortable, and very clean, and if you are a shoe hater like me, you can do the workout shoes off 👍 i also think the convenience of being in and out within half an hour is also really helpful especially for those who may be new to strength training or have a tendency to be indecisive when it comes to organizing or planning workouts, i definitely have notice improvements in my energy and strength since beginning and would encourage people to give it a try!

Anne and the entire fast fit team is great. Fast fit is what the doctor ordered.. Wo mind in and out.. Go in any clothing.. Hardly sweat but muscles burn.. Feel stronger day by day.. I hated hikes but after 6 weeks of training.. Rattlesnake ridge was piece of a cake! Thank you.. And the new equipments are fab!

It has been a great discovery for me. I have been training for over 6 months now and my body feels and looks different. It has worked very well and I think it is everything a person over 40 needs. Megan has been an excellent, kind and caring trainer.

We started our journey with Anna last week. My wife and I were looking for something we could do together and was efficient. We are not into marathon workout sessions. The Perfect workout solves the problem! Anna has been incredible and we are enjoying our first steps.

Frequently Asked Questions About FastFit

Do I really only need to work out twice a week?

Yes. FastFit uses isokinetic resistance training to make every rep count, so your muscles are fully challenged in a short amount of time. That’s why just two 20-minute sessions per week provide the right balance of stimulus and recovery to drive real, sustainable results.

How is FastFit different from traditional weightlifting or gym workouts?

Traditional workouts rely on selecting weights, which can lead to undertraining or increased risk of injury. FastFit uses isokinetic resistance training, where the machine controls the speed of movement—so your muscles stay fully engaged from start to finish. This creates a more efficient, effective workout in less time.
