  Maria welcomed me from the get-go and immediately put me at ease. She had all the information ready, which made everything so easy. She was warm, explained the process clearly, and genuinely made me feel comfortable and calm. She also helped me make the right choice for my care. Dr. Alexandra was wonderful from the moment the check-up began. She was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly at every step, so I always knew what she was doing and why. She listened carefully, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. Her calm, reassuring manner made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. For neurodivergent people, doctor appointments, insurance, and all the logistics around them can be mentally draining. From the very start, this duo made me feel seen and made sure everything was explained clearly. I couldn’t be more grateful. 💜
