  Excellent service. I have regular appointments to have my hearing aides cleaned or repaired; I have always received excellent service. My appointments are always on time and easy to schedule. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of the product. I would recommend Miracle Ear to others needing help with hearing, like me.

  We love having the office in Arlington to go to. Megan is wonderful in the front office. Cynthia is always so kind and helpful. We really appreciate how they are always able to fit us in when we have an issue.

  The lobby is very welcoming. Seasonal decor, magazines to look at like before that"Thing" that went around. Coffee and tea options. Megan the receptionist has a lovely smile greeted us as we entered. Cynthia, who did the testing, was very kind and knowledgeable. Explained the results, and programmed a sample hearing aids to demonstrate them. Very cool. Sandy W.

  Cynthia and Megan are a great team. I have been wearing hearing aids for close to twenty years Miracle Ear is the third brand I have owned. The hearing aid is superior and the service is great. Cynthia is very patient and knowledgeable. Megan is efficient and kind. What could be better?
