- MEMona EckfeldtMay 1, 20265.0Over 15 yrs ago low back pain began as sporadic episodes but became an everyday battle for the last 6 yrs or so. Massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, steroid injections, and a lumbar RFA (radio frequency ablation) did nothing or only provided temporary relief. An internet search for additional pain relief options led me to Movewell. However, my past experience with chiropractors and their typical adjustments had always made me feel worse. I found Dr Jason Wasterholme different though. He reviewed my most recent X-rays, listened to my goals and developed a custom protocol using Stimpod and Lazer treatments to first reduce my pain level. Within 4-5 treatments I noticed a significant difference. He then added decompression treatments. Goal #1 of reducing pain achieved! I highly recommend “Dr. Jason” as a doctor who can help you get your active life back without those painful adjustments.
