  I LOVE being hung up on when trying to get advice/expertise on otc medication, especially after pediatrician clinician advises I ask your pharmacist I've previously gotten advice from. No worries though, I can always use GOOGLE I guess.

  5 stars for incompetence. Almost landed in hospital for inability to act as a functioning pharmacy.

  Worst pharmacy ever. The “certified pharmacy technicians” are probably the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. The pharmacy manager is great, but the pharmacy techs will tell you that your medication will “be ready in 15 minutes” (after you already received a text message that your prescription is ready for pickup) and then you wait around for 15 minutes, to show back up and be told it’s not in stock and will need to be ordered. But they won’t CALL AND TELL YOU THAT. I’ve had this issue with multiple techs, not just one. If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. I couldn’t imagine depending on this pharmacy for life saving medication.

  Been going to Hannaford Pharmacy for years. Recently had several horrible interactions with a specific tech, including her yelling at me for asking if I had given them my new insurance card- “well obviously somethings working, because otherwise it’d be $300!” As well as telling me a prescription from my doctor would be ready in twenty minutes, I had to leave and was going to pick up the next day and when I called the person on the phone said they never even received anything from my doctor… so obviously the first tech lied. And she was just generally rude every time I came in. I got tired of the horrible treatment and had to switch my prescription elsewhere because I don’t want to be treated poorly every time I go in. I’ve worked in customer service and I know how bad it can be and do my best to be as courteous, friendly and understanding as possible. I usually write off a poor experience as a bad day but never have I been treated like this over and over again by the same person.
