- RDRebecca DuellJan 25, 20265.0I initially started going to Pure Barre in 2018. I was running but got some knee pain and needed to strengthen my hips. I heard barre was good for it so I gave it a shot. Well it worked, and 6 half marathons later I still love taking classes as much as ever. What I also got, which I didn’t expect, was my village. I was new to Vermont and through barre have built a strong support network of friends, including many other moms that I have relied upon and have become some of my closest friends. Full disclosure - I loved it so much I became a teacher there a few years ago. Best decision ever, it’s just as amazing and supportive behind the scenes as it was when I was not a teacher and just taking classes.this place really is special 😀

Since then, I’ve yet to find another way to move my body that I can stick to. Until I found Pure Barre this summer 2025! My first time in 5 years finding a workout practice that I love and go to consistently. The instructors are all so kind, knowledgable, and inclusive. There are so many kinds of classes so I can spice it up whenever I like. Best of all, every class leaves me feeling amazing, mentally and physically. Thank you Pure Barre :)

The instructors are so friendly and supportive and I feel stronger every time and also feel there is something I can always improve on. I love the music and pace of the class and the flexible schedule that allows me to fit it into whatever we are doing each week. I definitely recommend Pure Barre!
