  I do not recommend working with this office. They do not communicate clearly and when addressed are not reflective enough to do the work. We had a very public, embarrassing situation in the middle of their office. We are not continuing with the office and don't recommend to local families looking for both high-quality orthodontics and reasonable professionals. No need for me to call your office; I had a 1:1 call with Dr. Price/the owner last who was not at all willing to listen to my feedback and accept any accountability for the situation where my daughter was publicly humiliated. We will not be working with you, given how obnoxious Dr. Price and your other staff member has been to us.

  Steer clear of this place! Money grab. I took my daughter for a consultation she has 2 impacted cuspids along withcrowding and they tried to tell me she didn't meet the criteria for insurance purposes through the state. I then proved they were lying they changed stories mutiple times ultimately left with they only allow Rutland County residents to use that criteria when it should be every vermont resident. Billing women was incredibly rude and tried using a game of semantics with her words once it was deemed lies. I LIKED TO ADD I HAD MY OWN PRIVATE INSURANCE ALONG WITH DR.DYNO FOR MY KIDS. ALSO THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY OFFICE WHO ACCEPTS MEDICADE DO NOT LET THEM SPILL THAT LIE. ( I FOUND A GREAT PLACE. NO PROBLEM AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS KINDLY ) ALSO MEDICADE IS ONLY USED WHEN YOU MEET THE CRITERIA.. FYI. WHICH THEY IM ASSUMING LIE TO SEVERAL PATIENTS ABOUT. LIKE THEY DID TO ME AND ON FURTHER QUESTIONING CHANGED STORY.

  We have had nothing but great experiences. My son has had to go every week for a month now and he never minds going to see the wonderful staff there.
