  I do not recommend working with this office. They do not communicate clearly and when addressed are not reflective enough to do the work. We had a very public, embarrassing situation in the middle of their office. We are not continuing with the office and don't recommend to local families looking for both high-quality orthodontics and reasonable professionals. No need for me to call your office; I had a 1:1 call with Dr. Price/the owner last who was not at all willing to listen to my feedback and accept any accountability for the situation where my daughter was publicly humiliated. We will not be working with you, given how obnoxious Dr. Price and your other staff member has been to us.

  They did not inform me about a 50% down payment of the over all cost of invisalign in order to receive invisaligners until I already paid hundreds of dollars for scans. This would be something that should be known upon the first visit. Horrible business ethic.

  Our experience with Dr. Price and his staff began about 14 years ago. Our oldest son and daughter needed extensive orthodontic intervention. Dr. Price and his staff were professional, kind and efficient, and most importantly the results were excellent. When our younger children needed orthodontic care, we knew exactly where to turn. Although we had moved, and now live an hour away from Rutland, we were committed to return to About Face Orthodontics. It was so comforting to return to the office and see familiar faces 14 years later! Another sign of a well run business. From the moment we entered the door, everyone was friendly, helpful and patiently answered all our questions, ours and our children's. My youngest son was treated with invisalign, my youngest daughter with braces. We returned to our dentist for routine cleaning after treatment, and he described their new bites as "Home Runs".
