- JMJulie MaccaroneMay 29, 20261.0I used to give Kinney praise for the ease of filling prescriptions. They have now instituted "Burt" the stupid AI bot and now everything takes twice as long. Not impressed. If there was another pharmacy in town, I would take my business eslewhere.

When I stepped up towards the counter behind another couple picking up their med they felt they needed to. Close the counter so they could leave for their lunch. Meanwhile he is in agony sitting in the car. I can seriously say I am not impressed at all with Kinney Drugs! I am so glad I get my meds elsewhere!
