  I had been a dental patient here for 10 yrs until today. I went in for a scheduled filling, checked in, signed paperwork, paid my copay, and sat down waiting to be called back. When they called my name, the office supervisor walked me to a conference room instead where one of the new dentists was waiting. The office supervisor told me that I was terminated as a patient for breaking the behavioral contract. At my last appointment there, the office staff had failed to put my appointment in the system and the same supervisor tried gaslighting me about it. I held them accountable for failing to do their jobs and was respectful in doing so. This is the supposed breach of behavioral contract. I clarified that they were in fact terminating me as a patient in retaliation for holding them accountable. I spoke to her manager as well and requested documentation of this exhchange sent to me via certified mail. I asked about the grievance policy and process and she said that they didn't have a form and that I could juat write them a letter. I have already contacted the health advocacy office at Legal Aid and will be filing every possible grievance against the dental office. Be warned. Do not got to this dental practice. It has gone completely downhill in the past 2-3 years.

  Dr. Andrew and the nurse/assistant were absolutely wonderful! I immediately felt at ease, and I have severe anxiety in general. I have never been under anesthesia before, and everything was explained to me so well. They were warm, friendly, and caring. Today is Thursday and I got the procedure Monday. I called since the pain in one tooth has been getting so bad and requested more pain medication to at least take in the evening. The receptionist refused to even check and flat out declined which I found very off putting. Other than that, I had a very easy pleasant experience.

  The missing star is because of nurse Amber. Not only was her attitude gross & the furthest thing from professional on my phone call with her - she took it a step further and LIED on my chart in my notes about said phone call. Making me out to be the type of patient that I am not, putting my character and reputation in question.. My provider shared this information with me because even she thought what was stated was very unusual… I’ve since learned from other patients that they’ve had the same interactions and experiences with Amber which is what brings me to leaving this review. Her behavior is unacceptable, unethical and flat out unprofessional. Clearly cannot be trusted to report the truth either. As far as everyone else I’ve dealt with & formed relationships with at the health center I have nothing but positive things to say from Kaitlyn at the front desk (and the other lovely ladies) to the other nurses I’ve had, to my providers Tara Meyer & Julia Chimenti I have nothing but positive things to say! Just please be very wary of nurse Amber, I would even go as far as suggesting you record/document your conversations with her even because she will deliberately lie on you and fabricate conversations in your chart.

  They've always been very professional and I've not had to wait very long for an appointment. I've been happy with all of the doctors and nurses with who I've interacted. Overall, a very positive experience
