  I've always have had very good service at this pharmacy. Dianne is outstanding! However lately when Dianne is.not there the service is awful. I had to argue for refills that I'm due yesterday I was told 20 mins. I gave them a whole day and today while the tech is nice enough there is clearly a language barrier and guess what nothing is ready and I cannot refill anything. I ask to speak to the random woman who is the pharmacist of the day and she tells me I can't have refills when I'm out of medication I cannot simply stop taking. I'm then told I'll have to wait (longer) as she has other things to do. Well guess what ma'am I'm working so this is money as I sit here listening to another man struggling with the same issues! No it's not this woman's fault but something has to change!! Do better Hannafords and Dianne please work more!! We need you!

  I wish you luck in trying to have a conversation with the male pharmacist if you, yourself are not a male. He is more than happy to talk over you, and not allow you to explain anything.

  I think it was sad that Grant left for sure. BUT every time that I come in and see Hannah behind the pharmacy counter and her smiling beautiful face it makes me smile AND she is so kind!! So, yes change is sad but Hannah’s smile makes things a little easier! Thank you Hannah☺️🙏🏼 Cheryl

  Since Grant left the pharmacy has become trash. Every time I go there are 3 people waiting with two employees fumbling around tying to help the first customer. No one ever comes to help the two or three customers waiting, so being third in line is a 45 minute wait. I'm going to try rite-aid. The hannaford pharmacy department is a disgrace to workers that actually care about the customers and know what they're doing. Horrendous.

  Giving it 1 star because I have to give it a star to write this review or I would not.It is hit or miss sometimes you get areally nice person the next time rude person sometimes a very understanding discreet person other times loud rude person they assume certain things about a customer depending on what drug they are being prescribed when in all reality they have no idea why said person is prescribed what medication days of prescription pickup changes from person to person who works there under their own discretion. Not because of any law or anything else when you call in a prescription and it says next day pick up then you get there and you cant pick it up because of the person working there and their opinion on it is totally unreasonable over it and filing a complaint and will he changing pharmacies soon
