Interlude is a welcoming, peer-led space for adults going through a tough time — whether it’s stress, sadness, overwhelm, or crisis.
It’s an alternative to clinical or emergency settings, offering calm, supportive surroundings where people can take a breath, talk things through, or simply be. The space is run by trained Peer Support Specialists who bring their own lived experience and offer connection, not judgment or diagnosis.
Guests are welcome to walk in, schedule a visit, or call our warmline for support over the phone. Whether someone is looking for a quiet place to rest, a compassionate listener, or help thinking through next steps, Interlude is here.
