This pharmacy is very disorganized and the customer service is terrible. The staff there is really rude. You call and you can never get a person to answer. I called 8 times and had to call Shaws customer service to have someone walk over there. We picked up prescriptions on Wednesday they were all filled days prior and they didn't event give us all her prescriptions. They really need better staffing and better organization. Before they cost someone their life!!!!! They keep it up they will loose business. Business Ethics very Poor.

I just switched pharmacys because shaws pharmacy let me walk out the door with a prescription that could literally kill me if I took it and its documented by several doctors that im allergic to it. Every time I went in to get my prescriptions before I was treated rudely and spoken down too and of course I couldn't speak to them that way or they would throw me out. Do better for all your customers and if you can't stand people get a different job ( for the lady who cashes everyone out specifically to her)

I am a Pharmacy Technician the works at a hospital. Every single time we need to call and verify someone's medication they phone just rings and rings and rings, them you get this message if you reach this message during regular business hours then we are currently helping others. Then it states mail box is full and hangs up.
I have called and spoke with a supervisor on the front end of store and they stated, oh you'll have to just keep trying, not helpful at all.
I can just imagine the issues the doctors have, cause I've tried that line as well. Something needs to be addressed......

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
