  Extremely disappointing experiences at Shaw’s Pharmacy in Ludlow. The behavior of one particular female pharmacy staff member was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and made the interaction unnecessarily difficult. Her attitude was not appropriate for someone working in a pharmacy, where customers are often dealing with important medications and health concerns. What was especially concerning is that the way she treated me was not consistent with the level of professionalism and customer care I would expect from a healthcare setting. After reading other reviews, I was not surprised to see that other customers have reported similar experiences with the attitude and customer service at this pharmacy. Management seriously needs to address this. This type of behavior should not be tolerated, and I strongly believe this employee’s conduct should be investigated and appropriate disciplinary action taken. We do love the grocery store employees and the quality of their products. This is only about the pharmacy.

  The Pharmacy in Ludlow, VT, has left me wondering how a business can continue operating with such consistently poor customer service The staff's rudeness and the terrible service make what should be a simple, straightforward experience unnecessarily frustrating. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, not made to feel like an inconvenience for walking through the door and expecting help. A 1.3-star rating should be a massive wake-up call for management. When customer dissatisfaction reaches that level, it's fair to ask: Is anyone paying attention? Are the complaints being taken seriously? What, if anything, is being done to address the problems? A pharmacy is an essential service. People rely on it to get their medications and receive assistance, and they should not have to dread interacting with the people working there. Management needs to take a serious look at the way customers are being treated. Poor service, rude interactions, and a lack of accountability should never become the accepted standard of doing business. A low rating doesn't happen in a vacuum. If customers are repeatedly leaving unhappy, management needs to stop looking the other way and start addressing the underlying problems. Ludlow deserves a pharmacy where customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Based on my experience, this place rates a Zero giving a 1 is the only way to submit a review. Time for Management to do your jobs of having honest conversation and making tough decisions. Your customers and the Ludlow community deserve better.

  I’m extremely disappointed in the Shaw’s team for compiling all this negative feedback over the years and doing NOTHING to fix it. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve had to work with and by far the most unprofessional one. I’m not sure how competent the other employees are but somehow I always end up getting Deb and she is horrific. Overtly judgemental depending on the medications you’re picking up, withholding about coupons depending on her stereotype, refuses and actively talks patients OUT OF pharmacy counselling when requested, and avoids all forms of polite conversations with patients she isn’t friends with already. I hope you’ll do something about her soon considering these aren’t new complaints and a lot of us CAN’T make it to another pharmacy. Many of the patients are struggling with the hour off for lunch because of the lack of staggered lunch times.
