  During a stay at the hospital in Bennington my Mom's hearing aid wasn't working properly so I was referred to Molly at Miracle ear and she was soooo helpful and professional and had the hearing aid cleared and working perfectly! Molly and the staff were very kind and warm and I highly recommend them !

  I am sharing this review of my own volition. It was not requested of me, I am not being paid nor rewarded for submitting this review. I have known of Miracle Ear since I was a child. I am now 68 years old, I have always heard good things about them. After a couple of years of family telling me that I need hearing aids, I conceded. My own hearing experience has been that I had difficulty understanding soft voices, high pitched voices were stressful, and was sensitive to high volume of sound. I replied to a promotion from Miracle Ear, and met Molly at the Bennington, VT office, After running a hearing test, she confirmed that was where I was deficient. We ordered hearing aids and began the process of fine tuning to meet my needs, After six weekly appointments of making adjustments, Molly and I agreed that I really did not need hearing aids just yet. We ended our business relationship on good terms, Miracle Ear reimbursed me for my initial deposit (minus the $39 shipping fee, and the finance company reimbursed me for the two monthly payments that were applied to my credit card. I appreciated Molly's attentiveness, patience, and knowledge of the process. She exemplified skill in the adjustments to the hearing aids, knew exactly where the applications were located in the chest of drawers. It was always a friendly visit. I also appreciated Cindy's help in the Rutland, VT office. I told them that when the time comes that I am convinced that I need hearing aids, I will be back. It was overall, a great experience. From beginning to end I was treated as a valued customer. Thank you Molly, and Cindy. Dennis W.

  Nice receptionist and Molly that walked us through our visit was top notch, friendly, imformative and not pushy. We luved her, she does sell the product. Was great🥰
