  I walked by YogaSix by chance, and decided to give it a try. After three classes, I can say that I really enjoyed every class I participated in, so far. The classes helped me relax, stretch, and challenged me(Yoga beginner). Moreover, each instructor is wonderful and impressive; they all add their own style and music to the sessions. The staff members and instructors exhibit a welcoming and caring attitude. Loving it!

  This studio is modest and fabulous. They create a strong sense of community in the room without interrupting your mindfulness. Their instructors are excellent. They offer yin, which is critical and harder to find. I am so, so glad I found this place!

  If you are looking for a welcoming environment to practice, YogaSix Lake Ridge is truly a standout. From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere is inclusive and high energy, making it easy for both beginners and seasoned yogis to feel right at home. What really sets this studio apart is the people and the community. The staff and instructors are excellent they are knowledgeable and encouraging. The studio offers a great variety of classes that cater to different needs, whether you want to find your flow or build serious strength. If you want a place where the community is as strong as the workout, I highly recommend checking them out!

  I love all the YogaSix classes! Just easing back into exercise after having my son and there is no workout like sculpt or the signature hot to really whip you back in shape and make you feel strong! And no judgement for going at your own pace. Such a welcoming practice and great instructors!
