  I love going to YogaSix Lake Ridge! All of the instructors are wonderful and there are a wide variety of classes offered.

  What’s not to love?!?! The studio is super clean and organized, the employees are all incredibly nice and professional, and I sweat like I’ve never sweat before, it’s awesome!!

  YogaSix has been such a great experience. The instructors are fantastic, the studio is beautiful and well-equipped, and everyone I've met has been incredibly welcoming. I had never tried sauna yoga before, but now I'm hooked. One thing I really appreciated is that your first three classes are free if you complete them within a week, which is a great way to see if it's a good fit. After that, you can purchase class packs or sign up for a monthly membership. I received a 10-class pack as a gift and may very well sign up afterward. The classes are on the higher end price-wise, but honestly, the way you feel when you walk out after each class makes it worth it. My only wish is that there were more shorter class options. They do offer a great 45-minute express class, but it's only available in the afternoon. A few more 30-minute or express options throughout the day would make it even easier to fit yoga into a busy schedule. I hope they continue to grow! Highly recommend :)

  Classes are challenging and typically you will think halfway through “why did I sign up for this” and then at the end it’s the best feeling when you make it through, which brings you right back for your next class. I joined after a three class special and got an unlimited membership. Addicted already!
