Ed Contreras the GM, is a standup individual and consummate professional. Whereas many gyms have revolving GM doors, Ed has been there for 10 years. In a day and age where bullying, harassment and battered women have become commonplace; and hatefulness, politically correct - the UFC Gym and its Instructors is a blessing. You owe it to yourself, kids, grandkids, wives, husbands to learn how to defend yourselves and those at risk; with real world combat training, from, what is now considered the most complete Martial Art - MMA 🥋 🥊 🤼

I’ve got two middle school boys with a lot of energy and we gave them a trial to the kick boxing last Christmas. They started going and had such a blast they wanted to try all the classes available. Not only had it helped their fitness, it’s been a confidence boost. Now they want a speed bag for our basement!

This gym is the best I’ve ever trained at. Coach Ed has helped me a lot and progressed my skills beyond imagine. Great coaches in the gym , great atmosphere and it’s well taken care of.
