  This gym is the best I’ve ever trained at. Coach Ed has helped me a lot and progressed my skills beyond imagine. Great coaches in the gym , great atmosphere and it’s well taken care of.

  Great experience for three years now. Opportunities are there to box, spar, and participate in Brazilian jiu jitsu, even a decent weight room is available Big shout outs to coaches Jay B, Bennet, Ed, Jordan, Seum, and Chris, those who I've worked with the most! They're awesome! Come here for a great workout and confidence building, just be ready to put in work! Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself!

  1. The trainers have good knowledge of their discipline. 2. The facility is always clean and organized. 3. The classes are challenging and are always a good workout. 4. There are many options to workout if you don't want to do a class. 5. The gym hours of operation fit a variety of schedules. 6. The atmosphere is top notch with tremendous camaraderie. If you're looking for workout that can push you to your limits while offering the flexibility to fit your fitness level as needed, THIS IS IT. We're approaching the two year mark of when we first joined and I don't see us leaving any time soon. We've tried almost every gym in the area and this is the only one we can't see ourselves doing without.
