I was greeted immediately and invited to sit down. There were a lot of questions regarding activity, types of shoes, past history with my shoes and any pain. They analyzed my stance and walking then showed the results before having me try the inserts. WHOA! My ankle and foot pain disappeared while wearing these inserts and after wearing them for the last several days, that pain is almost completely gone. My body, in general, feels better. More aligned. I am definitely benefiting from wearing these. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the product, benefits and concerns. There have been bad reviews regarding the price and how you should just get custom inserts. That is an option, however, this is an investment that will pay for itself over time. I definitely paused at the price then realized that I am buying a lifetime supply of inserts which can be replaced or changed (unless your dog eats them or you lose them). You have a professional that you can pop in to see if you have issues and they will reassess what your foot and body needs. You also have 90 days to try them out, get corrections if needed, and make your decision. Give them a shot if you have ankle, foot, knee, hip or back pain. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. No buyers remorse here.
