- EBElena Araujo Borisoff5 days ago1.0They advertised a free class on Instagram to try out their studio. They then called me to find out what my "intentions" were. They asked if I was planning to sign up for the membership, to which I replied that it depended on if I enjoyed the class and the instructors. She continued to press me for a commitment before I had ever even taken the free intro class. She was incredibly rude and condescending - horrible customer service. When I repeated that I would like to take the free class before agreeing to any membership, she said I wasn't "a good fit" for their studio and that she would remove me from their list of potential customers. Absolutely disgraceful!
- JSJennifer SuarezSep 20, 20265.0Today was my first class and everyone was so welcoming! My instructor was Fiorella and she was so sweet and was checking in and helping us. 10/10 would recommend as a beginner!! Chelsea was very inviting and asked me how everything went after my class. I had a lot of fun 😊
