  I have been taking my kids to Lifetime Dental Care for almost two years, and we absolutely love the Lorton location. The office is always clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly, and the staff are wonderful with my children. Today, my son had a dental procedure at the Woodbridge location under general anesthesia. I was very nervous, but the staff were so kind, patient, and reassuring. They went out of their way to comfort me and make the experience easier. Dr. April was amazing, as always, and Dr. Ali, the anesthesiologist, was wonderful too! We truly appreciate a team that cares not only for their little patients but also for their parents. Thank you for making a stressful day easier for our family. Highly recommend Lifetime Dental Care!

  Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office, and I would not recommend their services. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but I had to wait until 2:00 PM for the dentist to see me. I was there with my two young children, and it was already difficult to keep my daughter sitting still in the exam chair for that long. When I mentioned to the dentist that I had been waiting for an hour, she responded by saying that it was “only an exam appointment.” Regardless of the type of appointment, my time should be respected. Unfortunately, the experience got even worse at checkout. The receptionist told me she had other work to do and would call me, so I waited in the waiting area with my two children. While waiting, I noticed that there were two people handling checkout, and the receptionist continued assisting others while leaving me waiting. After spending almost two hours at the office, I finally decided to leave without completing the checkout process. I understand that dental offices can get busy, but that is not an excuse for poor communication and a lack of consideration for patients, especially parents with young children. I felt that my time was completely disrespected. Very unprofessional service, and I would not recommend this office.
