I came in to have my sunglasses tightened and adjusted, and her hands were truly magical! She immediately identified the issue, carefully tightened the delicate screws, and made precise adjustments to the temples and nose pads. The result was absolutely perfect! My sunglasses now sit beautifully, comfortably, and symmetrically on my face. Honestly, they fit even better than when I first purchased them! On top of her amazing skills, we enjoyed a lovely conversation that made the experience even more pleasant. I’m so grateful for her attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
