I just started my membership with them in July, but so far, I haven’t been disappointed! I am trying to book with various instructors to kind of see who I “mesh” with or find helpful. Jenna, the owner, is by far one of my favorite. I actually booked my intro class with her (which is what had me pull the trigger on buying the membership). She’s very educated on my spinal injury issues given her background, so I feel safe doing Pilates under her instruction! I actually wanted to try Pilates to help strengthen my core, balance and lower body strength due to my spinal injuries. I’m taking classes up until my spinal fusion and as soon as I’m cleared, I plan to go right back into Pilates to continue to build that strength and control! Aside from Jenna being truly an amazing instructor (& who leaves me sore in all the best ways), I really like Anne! She is so sweet, calm and helps give feedback throughout the class to ensure we’re doing everything correct! The classes book up quickly, but honestly, I’ve gotten in when I booked under being #3 waitlisted, so it’s not as hard to get a class at all! I’m just truly thankful I got myself a membership for my mental health, my physical health and overall well being!

The instructor at this location are mean girls. Nasty, unprofessional, and passive aggressive. The mats and other equipment are full of hair. Spend your money elsewhere!

I love the classes and instructors, HOWEVER it is VERY hard to actually get in a class because they book up so fast. And even if you are booked, if you’re late (within the 5 minute grace period), they will give your spot to someone else OR cancel the class! On top of all that, I went to a class 6:00am class and the instructor didn't even show up…all of this within the first month of membership.

The instructors are wonderful and super motivating to help push you through the classes! They are tough but so worth it! Only been going a little over a month and have already noticed huge differences! Truly so happy with this studio and fell in love with pilates :) Club Pilates Lake Ridge is a warm and welcoming environment, highly recommend!
