  If I could leave a zero review I would. The receptionist Kimberly who answered the phone was beyond unprofessional, rude, and impolite. She talked over me and wouldn’t listen to me while I tried to explain what type of medical insurance I had. Granted, I’ve had this insurance for many years and know it well. I’m a PhD level educated individual myself and can communicate well, but only if another person will listen. Kimberly then hung the phone on me in the middle of my scheduling my appointment. Needless to say, no appointment got scheduled. It’s unfortunate that the medical staff who work there don’t get to see patients in need and patients cannot be seen or must experience this poor treatment while trying to receive the necessary medical assistance. I left this experience feeling not only astonished but shocked by the treatment I received.

  Very caring and friendly staff. Clean and quiet waiting area. And Scotti Withers is absolutely great and super personable.

  If I could, I would give ZERO stars! This used to be a great neurology practice, but since Valley Health took over it has gone downhill. Several years ago, before Valley Health got their greedy mitts on the practice, my daughter was treated effectively for a form of epilepsy that she has since grown out of. Recently, I had to bring my other daughter in for an initial consultation about some issues. She was there for about 45 minutes, had her vitals taken, spoke to the doctor for 5 - 10 minutes and that was it. No tests were conducted and the self pay bill came out to $659.00. For less than an hour and less than 15 minutes of the doctor's time?! Valley Health should be ashamed of themselves. Never go to this place!

  I had one appointment here new patient consult with Esther Tang February 26th. I got two charges one to see her $609 then an additional charge to a Dr. Paul Lyons whom I never encountered for $764. The explanation was any services rendered in the building. I walked down the hall in the building so Esther Tang could evaluate my neck and back. Is that what the services for $764 are? Tricare insurance says it is wrong as well. You can not bill twice for one visit! Also they billed me directly for medicine sent to their clinic and injected in the clinic. This place is a complete billing error nightmare. I spend more time calling and emailing trying to resolve then I actually spent in clinic as a patient. It's a shame. Esther Tang is a good provider but I might have to look elsewhere.

  I wanted to place a review, the staff, nurses and doctor Abdall are very professional and helpful. Dr Abdalla spent a great amount of time with a family member. Dr Abdalla is very knowledgeable and kind. He took his time to answer questions that we needed answers. I highly recommend Dr.Abdalla and his staff .
