  Valley Health Wellness & Fitness di Winchester è una palestra davvero sorprendente. Sono rimasto colpito dalla quantità e dalla varietà di macchinari e attrezzature disponibili: c'è tutto quello che serve per qualsiasi tipo di allenamento, dal fitness alla preparazione più specifica. Gli spazi sono ampi, ben organizzati e permettono di allenarsi al meglio. Ottimo anche il rapporto tra qualità del servizio e prezzo, che rende questa palestra una scelta assolutamente consigliata per chi cerca una struttura completa e professionale.

  This is purely a customer service review, as I have not used their facility or membership. I came in with my 3 kids to ask about their swimming lessons. I had a baby on my hip and two older kids, which were running around the sitting area. There were 3 employees at the front desk. A young female behind the desk, and the 2 having a casual conversation (female about 50+ with dyed black hair and younger heavy set male). The one behind the desk was attentive and greeted me immediately. She was having issues with her computer and had me move over to the next working computer, except these 2 individuals were in front of said computer. They didn’t budge. So now I’m standing about 4 feet away while she’s trying to walk me through the programs and asking me questions about scheduling. We’re both trying to talk over the two employees and I’m trying to also manage my kids behind me. Eventually I had to ask them to move. The reaction from the elder woman was disgusting. She sucked her teeth and made a snarky comment to her coworker ending in “ANYWAY”. When I addressed her, instead of apologizing (which the young woman had already done on her behalf) she claimed that I should’ve asked nicely and that she didn’t know I was being helped. Unless she’s deaf and blind and has zero self awareness, she absolutely knew there was a customer at the front desk. I came here because I’ve heard great things, but this lady with her nasty attitude needs retraining, .
