  The classes were enjoyable and the staff were generally fine, but the facility was consistently overcrowded for the price. I also strongly disliked the 12-month contract structure and cancellation policy. I won’t be renewing and would recommend people read the agreement carefully before signing.

  It’s a great facility really open and spacious with up-to-date modern and new equipment. The place is exceptionally clean too! The general manager and assistant manager are really nice and you can talk to them pretty much anytime they’re there. The front desk staff are really nice to and greet you every time you come there. Even though it can get busy at times, there’s always open equipment. I’ve never been unable to get my workout in in a timely manner. It’s the best gym I’ve been to comparable to some of the bigger brand of gyms out in California.

  Onelife Winchester is an exceptionally clean location with great staff that is helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone new, experienced and everyone in-between.

  Cool gym with an even better team! I was very active in sports growing up, but after COVID I became pretty sedentary and honestly felt intimidated getting back into fitness. From the start, the staff was welcoming and helpful—especially Elizabeth Zellemann, who made the process of getting connected with a personal trainer smooth and encouraging. A huge shoutout to Jaclyn Appleby, my personal trainer, who made all the difference. She helped me get comfortable in the gym, kept me motivated, and knew exactly how to push me while still meeting me where I was starting. Because of her guidance, I now have my own routine, feel confident coming in, and actually look forward to my workouts. The friendly atmosphere here really stands out, and it’s always nice seeing familiar, welcoming faces. Highly recommend this gym—especially if you’re nervous about getting started again!
