  One Life Fitness is an excellent fitness facility. The gym itself has a myriad of fitness machines, weights, and a sauna type facility. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. There is even a pool to be used for fitness and general exercise. There is both men's and women's well maintained locker rooms, free towel use is also available to all members. A gym for shooting basketballs is also available at no additional cost. The reception desk is maintained by friendly and helpful staff. Overall this is one fine facility and would be considered by many as the best facility in the Winchester area.

  I have been going to this gym for two years now. Great facility! Love the pool and the cinema. None of these compare to the quality of Donna’s classes. I go to her barre classes on Thursday and it has completely changed my perspective on working out, and has motivated me to go beyond her classes. I lost 20 pounds in a couple months and Donna has a lot to do with it :)

  I really love this gym! It’s very clean and the staff members are friendly. They have tons of machines to choose from, although I wish they had multiple leg extension machines as the wait for that is usually awhile. But the gym is still awesome and well worth the price!

  The ladies in the Kid Zone are the real MVPs! As a mom of many who wants to have her own life(for 2 hours), their positive attitudes and patience make it so my kids want to come to the gym. Which means I actually get my gym time! Worth every penny.
