  My girlfriend had a recent hearing test done. She has a conductive loss. Kelly explained everything in great detail. Nicole was very helpful and kind. She called and moved our appointment sooner, due to a cancellation.

  I went to a he store on valley ave.the beginning was great .i wasn’t sure I needed or wanted hearing aids.but I tried a pair in and I could hear better.long story short.the person doing the test told me many times there is A 30 day return policy.so after 2 hrs. He talked me into taking them again I ask about returning them .he said no problem. Well I went to return them 2days later and had to pay $340.00 restocking fee.and I was upset because I was misled when I was told I could return them. They never once said there was a restocking fee of $330 so beware if you go to miracle here in Winchester Virginia.
