  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Mr. Rolland saved the day! We had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters thanks to Mr. Rolland! We had previously taken my toddler’s eyeglasses to three different places to get them adjusted, but none of them could get the fit right—they kept slipping right off her nose. Mr. Rolland was so kind, friendly, and super prompt. He knew exactly what to do and had her glasses adjusted perfectly in no time. They finally fit her properly and stay in place! Finding someone who is patient and skilled at working with toddler frames is rare, and we are so grateful for his help. If you need fast, precise, and warm service, go see Mr. Rolland at the Winchester LensCrafters! We’ll definitely be coming back.

  Would not recommend this location. I purchased RX glasses and sunglasses a couple months ago and first interacted with a gentleman named Roland when I first entered the store, he asked what I needed and I wanted my PD distance added to my prescription and with a curt attitude told me if I bought glasses from them they would do that, I was intending to purchase that day but was very put off by this attitude. I ended up working with someone else that day with no issues with customer service or the items I purchased. Fast forward to today, I went in and Roland was again working and approached me, I stated I had lost my sunglasses and wanted to inquire if there was any coverage and the reply I received was so condescending with a shaking his head no before even offering to look into it or help me in any way he just shut me down. I asked can you please look up the specifics of my purchase which he did but seemed completely put out by it and then quoted me on a new pair but after this poor customer service interaction I declined and in the future will seek what I need elsewhere. Really disappointed in the customer service here.

  Dr. Hong was great! Very patient and thorough. He made me feel very comfortable and had a very nice disposition. Ralph was also great on the retail side. He helped me find the right glasses for me that also worked with my insurance. Very good experience and great staff!
