The other two offices that I have been to I feel like never took the severity seriously and were always trying new creams and ointments that hardly worked or I had to use multiple times a day every day on basically my whole body. My first appointment, I saw Lauren and she was AMAZING. She really listened to my concerns and did a biopsy immediately to find out if what we were dealing with was truly eczema and not something else. No one else had done that for me before. She kept me on the same cream that was helping due to me breastfeeding at the time but I had mentioned that I wanted to try Dupixent. We waited until I was done breastfeeding to try it due to risks. My next appointment I saw Ashley and she was equally as amazing. She looked at my skin thoroughly and set up a meeting right there to discuss prior authorization for Dupixent. I met with Brandi who was also outstanding and she got everything started for me. I received an apporoval the same day and got started on the medication that I have been waiting for. The entire team was super friendly and made everything so easy on my end. I highly recommend this office for anyone suffering from atopic dermatitis or other related issues. I am super excited to finally have clear, itch-free skin after 10+ years.

The doctor was easy to talk to and not any hurry…was a great listener…examination was thorough and answered all my questions…..so glad they were still located in Winchester. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND A GREAT TEAM..!
