My parents objected to having anyone in their home at first, but the aids were very respectful caring, and it didn't take long for my parents to come to enjoy them. Becky was great about quickly getting us on board with the caregivers. Communication with her is easy. The aids really care about my parents and the conversation flows easily. WE like that they only rotate between 2 day aids and 2 night aids. That has made it much easier on all parties involved. They seem to be good about anticipating my parents' needs. Our situation has been complicated so our particular needs are extra burdensome and they have risen to the occasion.

I was communicating with Becky Grim prior to my husband’s release from the hospital, and she was on standby ready to provide care. When I called her and told her hubby was coming home, everything was taken care of. Help was here before I knew it. If you have a loved one that needs a caregiver, do not hesitate to call. They are a wonderful company and their service is above and beyond.
