I cannot keep up both Pilates and Orangetheory financially, so I had to make a choice. High cholesterol runs in my family. Nuff said. The schedule threw me off at first, but once I learned how to work the system, everything clicked. I have not missed a class until this one, and every single one was worth it. My hip joint feels so much more stable now, and my strength has shot up, especially through my core. Hoping to come back one day. Highly recommend if you stick with it long enough to learn the ropes.
