While I’ve had wonderful, supportive sessions with Johna and another newer instructor who both provided the hands-on corrections and guidance I need as a beginner, my experience with Amy has been disappointing and, unfortunately, led to an injury. During my last class with Amy, I suffered a significant neck strain during a hinge movement that left me feeling dizzy and nauseous. Despite being in the front of the room—where I hoped for better visibility and guidance—I felt largely ignored. Amy stayed at the back of the room for most of the class and offered only passive hints rather than the direct, hands-on form corrections a beginner requires to stay safe. It is frustrating because her classes are the only ones that fit my current schedule, but I no longer feel confident in the level of safety or instruction provided during her sessions. If you are a beginner, I highly recommend booking with Johna or the newer staff instead, as they truly take the time to ensure proper form and student well-being.

The instructors are continually changing things up so that we are not bored and we are always being pushed to be our best...Thank you AMY!! The studio is kept very clean and the equipment is top notch. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to stay in shape, enjoy the company of those they are working out with and leave feeling better than when you entered!
