  I hate to do these reviews but I must leave this one,I have bad teeth,they were infected,my insurance has changed so I decided to look for a new dentist in my network,Google has this office as a 4.7 and a 5.0.I thought this is the place to go,so I called,they said the doctor could see me the next day,I told them my teeth were rough and I may need dentures, I went in and I guess we were interviewing each other ,I was very impressed with their demeaner and felt very good about Dr.Sean when I met him and the care and his assistant as well.But I guess they had a different feeling about me.He took xrays and discussed my options with me I told him I needed to give it some thought and talk to my accountant (my wife)about it and asked if he could prescribe me something for the infection.I think at that point in time they may have made an assumption about me that I was poorer than I am or something and didn't have the means to come back for care.But he gave me something for the infection from the office,his assistant took me to the front and told them to give me as estimate on the work needed.So the first lady printed it and handed it to me.I looked at it and asked if it had the amount the insurance would pay,another woman stepped in and said she could get that,but it would take about two weeks.I been around awhile so that sounded strange but I didn't make much of it at the time.I left , I realized as I was driving up the road that they did not ask me for payment but I thought well maybe they would send me a bill after the insurance. This was Thursday the 24th. I didn't ask for anything for pain because I was handling it on my own with just your normal over the counter headache meds.I started taking the infection meds.and by Friday 3pm I was in excruciating pain level ten.My wife called the emergency number witch told her to call the doctor's cellphone. She called both Dr. Sean and Dr.Millers cellphone to leave a message.I waited and waited It's now Monday night and noone ever called.My wife said maybe they had plans for the weekend.I said that's not how emergencies work but went to urgent care and they gave me a shot of ibuprofen since I had been taking Tylenol and I went home.I new as the infection reduces I would be alright.Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere.

  As a very anxious dental patient, just wanted to say a resounding thank you to the great team at Magnolia Dental. Everyone is so patient and understanding. They take their time, and don't make you feel rushed. They offer nitrous, and overall just a really great experience. Highly recommend checking them out.

  Magnolia dental is definitely the place to go for all of your dental needs! Implants, fillings, cleanings, dentures, partials, extractions, or even just a place to ask questions. They are quick to make you feel comfortable and help keep your nerves calm. Such an amazing staff and office every single visit.

  Few years with this practice, after 10 years with a great dentist in Texas I was afraid of not finding a place like the one we use to have, but luck out and found Magnolia, great people. No gimmicks .👍
