  Excellent experience! The retail staff and the eye exam staff were professional and very knowledgeable. All-in-one place to get a good eye exam and glasses. I like to try on MANY styles of glasses to find out which look best on me and the staff was very patient and helpful in this process.

  I brought my glasses in to have a lens reattached to the frame. The staff was friendly and professional and they got the job done in 10 mins. I was very impressed.

  I purchased my first two pairs of glasses from Warby Parker in September 2025 and had a solid experience. However, my attempt to schedule my annual exam for September 2026 was a frustrating mess due to hidden fees and poor communication. First, my original appointment was abruptly canceled via text rather than a phone call. When I went online to reschedule, I noticed a reference to a "virtual assistant" exam. I called customer service to clarify what this meant, but they couldn't give me a clear answer, so I visited a local store in person. The staff member helped me book an appointment, but she omitted a key detail. A couple of days before the appointment, I received a confirmation phone call where the representative casually brushed over a mandatory $39 out-of-pocket fee. I had to ask three separate times before she finally explained that this non-covered fee was required specifically because the exam was virtual (to cover transmitting files to a remote doctor). The store associate never mentioned this fee when booking my exam. While I can afford the $39, I canceled the appointment on principle. Customers shouldn't be blindsided by surprise out-of-pocket surcharges to cover remote doctor setups. Warby Parker's frames are great, but their communication and customer service have seriously declined. They need to either bring back in-person optometrists or drop the hidden fees for virtual exams.
