However, my experience at Warby Parker was completely different. Mrs. Tracie and another associate (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) were both incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They offered a wide variety of glasses and really took the time to help me find a pair that worked for me and that I felt confident in. When my glasses came in, Mrs. Tracie also helped with the adjustment and did an amazing job making sure they fit perfectly and comfortably. The whole experience gave me peace of mind, which is something I haven’t felt before when getting glasses. This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had getting eyewear, and I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism they showed. Highly recommend!
