StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Hilltop offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I was a member for over a year and had a hip replacement 3 months ago and paused the membership while still paying $15/mo. They unfroze my account without consent and charged me $299 for June when I did not authorize and had no appointments. They will not refund the charge which is pathetic so I’m forced to waste time disputing the charge. Jessica is the girl who is handled the case and she is awful. In response to your comment: I specifically told the gentleman that called me on the phone last month that I’m doing great and I don’t need a $300 monthly subscription anymore. I told him I’d like to see Raymond one more time and I was OK with a $99 month charge and then you billed me $299 a month ahead of any scheduled appointment. Such bad business and now won’t refund. Very unfortunate and people should be aware of your deceptive billing

I had just finished working out when my workout partner and I were asked if we wanted to try out a free demo. Serena was great! She was careful with my back injuries and gave a great stretch. Excellent work, fun conversations, polite and friendly. Thank you for being there on your Sunday, and again I’m sorry I was gross (post workout). Thanks guys!
