  ⭐ Very Disappointed With the Service I Received I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pearle Vision. I have been a loyal customer for several years, and unfortunately, this experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I paid over $1,100 for my frames and lenses, yet I have had an ongoing issue with my glasses not staying up properly on my face. I have returned to the office more than five times trying to get this issue resolved. I live over two hours away on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, and each trip requires me to pay approximately $21 each way to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, not to mention the cost of gas and the time involved. On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, I was told by an employee/technician to leave my glasses at the office so the manager could look at them and determine what could be done. I was then told that the manager would be in on Friday, August 28, and would contact me. Friday came, and by almost 2:00 p.m., I still had not received a call from Pearle Vision. I called the office myself, only to find out that the manager apparently had no idea what I was referring to. He asked if he could call me back, and I agreed. When the manager eventually called me back, I was told that if I wanted a new pair of glasses, I would have to pay a $250 restocking fee. I explained that I had already made more than five trips to the office because my glasses were not functioning properly, despite spending over $1,100 on them. I also explained the significant amount of time, travel, tolls, and gas I have spent trying to get this issue resolved. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told by one of the employees that the frame I purchased was apparently designed for sunglasses and not regular prescription lenses. If that is the case, why was the frame sold to me with prescription lenses in the first place? After being a customer for several years and being referred by my best friend, who has also been a longtime customer at this location, I expected much better customer service and support. I was simply asking for my glasses to be properly fixed or exchanged. Instead, I was told that the only solution available to me was to pay another $250 restocking fee. At this point, I have asked for my glasses and medical records to be mailed to me, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is very disappointing that after years of being a loyal customer, and after making multiple long-distance trips to try to resolve this issue, this is how the situation was handled. Pearle Vision has lost a loyal customer. I hope management takes this experience seriously and reviews how situations like this are handled, because customers should not have to repeatedly travel two hours, spend hundreds of dollars on glasses, and still feel like they are being left without a reasonable solution.

  Not sure where the 4 stars came from. My cheap one from China and Japan has smoother cuts. They gave me gaps and rough edges. I couldn't tell without my glasses. They did better job on my wife's

  I have been going to this Pearle Vision for the last 8 years and they always have the best customer service. It's easy to schedule appointments even on the weekends and ordering glasses is made so easy by their knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to their store manager, Nelson, who helped me this year to order my new glasses and repair my old set.

  The website and Google Business listing should clearly indicate that the location is closed every other Sunday. A notice posted on the door alone does not provide customers with adequate advance notification.
