- LNLourdes NielanAug 4, 20265.0We had to use our warranty while on travel in New England and our Pearle Vision shop in Virginia did not disappoint. My husband accidentally broke the bridge to his glasses and thought I'd call our Pearle Vision office in Virginia to see if we can get a replacement frame while in Massachusetts. Cynthia from our Little Creek, VA shop was over the top helpful because she not only contacted the PV in MA, she also had to contact a PV shop in CT where she had to ship the frame she had in store to meet us as we were moving about. That is customer service! The handoff went perfectly from PV VA to the PV in Waterford, CT, where we spoke with Josh who let us know the frame arrived and he fitted them for my husband. We are truly grateful for everyone's help getting my husband back to wearing functional glasses at a time when we had to depend on PV shops, the reps and shipping to make it all happen.
