  I give this location a 5 star rating not because it’s the fanciest gym or has the most equipment but because the instructors and the gym family here is so strong and supportive. This location has the best instructors and the best schedule of classes. If you are ever in the area and want to take a class look for Nancy or Erika on the schedule, you will be in for a great workout 💪

  What sold me on this gym was watching the staff and trainers re-racking weights that were left on machines. There are a lot of people out there leaving heavy heavy weights on machines that someone else has to put back. I’m postpartum and it’s hard to get time at the gym so when I do get it, it’s nice seeing the staff doing their best so other members like me can get in and out fast… Also the staff here are super nice and friendly and it’s very clean! All the things I’m willing to pay extra for.

  I love it here. The front desk staff always greets me and I even have my own nickname! In my journey, I’ve lost over 15 pounds! I won’t be stopping anytime soon!!!

  It’s a super supportive community and I love coming to the gym. Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help! Highly recommend it. They have options for everyone

  I've been a member of this gym for about a year, and it's amazing how quickly the time has flown. The gym is always exceptionally clean, and it's clear the staff takes pride in maintaining. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The location is also perfect—easy to get to and very convenient, making it simple to stay consistent with my workouts. The equipment is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is positive and motivating. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located place to reach their fitness goals.
