  Hi,I want to thank all the staff at One Life fitness! We don't have a membership. But during the winter our pipes froze twice. They didn't burst. Thank God! But that same thanks goes out to the staff and company. We are older and needed a couple of showers. They went over and above with helping me and an older lady out. Thank you to ALL!!

  Great classes and cleanliness, but the sauna needs attention!! I really enjoy my time at this gym, especially the Zumba classes—the instructors are fantastic and the energy is always high! The facility is also consistently clean and well-maintained in the workout areas, which I truly appreciate. However, I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because of the sauna. It is unfortunately out of order very often, and when it is working, it feels quite small for the number of members. I’d love to see some improvements or more consistent maintenance here, as it's a big part of my post-workout routine. Overall, it's a solid gym, but fixing the sauna issues would make it perfect!

  Great equipment and with great staff like Mr William flowers it’s also a great atmosphere

  No way I pay 60 dollars a month for 5 treadmills to stop in the middle of a training session because of how busy it is. Do better.

  Princess Anne is my favorite location. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable when I come in. Bethany V. is so friendly and her energy is contagious. If you need a membership, ask for her. She will take great care of you!!!!
