I went into the store last Sunday to order a pair of expensive sunglasses, and I was immediately impressed by the level of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. A special callout to Elle, my salesperson, and Trung, the store manager. It's refreshing to find a store where the staff genuinely care about their customers and take the time to make sure you have a great experience. When you're making a significant investment in eyewear, having knowledgeable and friendly professionals who go the extra mile makes all the difference. **I highly recommend this LensCrafters location!** If you're looking for quality eyewear and exceptional customer service, this is the place to go. I am generally viewed as a rather ‘quirky’ individual who is, at times, rather hesitant in situations which may require additional assistance. Such is the case prior to entering the store with a new wish to try smaller round frames/lenses. Donna greeted me and my wife and she almost immediately solved my hesitancy by assuring me that the very small round eyeglass frames, which were yet to be ordered, would accommodate the required progressive prescription lens glazing. Needless to say, she was correct in her assessment and I feel a great deal of gratitude in her assurance in this decision. Donna’s guidance and confident demeanor sealed the deal and I would highly recommend her skilled eye for detail, her expertise, and her calm customer service skills to anyone who may need assistance with optician eye care needs/fitment.
