Donna was very helpful as I had to exchange one of the pairs I received bc the fit hurt my nose after multiple adjustments we couldn’t proceed so she made the exchange seamless. I brought my husband in and Trung immediately jumped into action to lead him through the process which resulted in contacts as well as two pair and sunglasses. Trung was very professional and knowledgeable! When we completed our pick up today, Lichelle and Lilly helped finish our pick up with adjustments and warranty information, they were very pleasant and professional as well!
