When I returned to have my new lenses installed into my old frames things went south right away. The technician came out and handed me my new glasses. I put them on and the entire room was a blur. I told her that these must be the wrong lenses. Her response was odd. “Well that’s the lenses that were ordered” Now I’m no optometrist, but if you can’t see anything from the second you put them on, they’re the wrong lenses. So she put my old lenses back in and said she needed to research it would call me back the next day. Day came, day went and no call. Hopefully they get this rectified soon. If so I’ll be removing this review Received a generic AI style response. The same one all unsatisfied reviews received. I’ll wait till I hear back from someone with a pulse.
