  Edited my review down to 2 stars. They told me at my appointment they were going to call me with my prescription when it was ready. That was over a month ago :/ The technician working was very friendly and apologetic. The virtual doctor was also very nice and professional. But my appointment was a bit of a disaster. I don't know exactly what the issue was, but something the technician was struggling with the computer for at least 20-30 mins. Again- she was very apologetic and nice about it, but my entire appointment was 1.5 hours. It usually would be more like 30-45 mins. Most of my appt was sitting in the chair on my phone, waiting for the manager to get back to the tech. It wasn't the technicians fault.. but this location really needs to get their technology working or at least be more available when issues come up.

  From the beginning coming in professional, polite & pleasant. I had never seen a doctor that way. Good experience.

  The technician was very sweet and attentive. I was a few minutes late and she was still able to accommodate me. I can't remember her name, but she was quick without feeling like I was being rushed. I was in and out. Teledoc was nice and accommodating as well.

  Please, Stop, turn around and go somewhere else... Anywhere else. The tech fumbled around like she did not know what she was doing. The doctor had to keep having her recheck and redo things. She was rude and unhelpful. I am going to another eye doctor to get the exam all over again. I do not believe the exam was done with any form of medical accuracy or precision.
