- JGJessica GJun 5, 20262.0I have been using the pharmacy for 3 years now and sometimes they are nice but sometimes they are rude. There is no reason EVER for someone to be rude. It is unacceptable for CLAIRE to snap at me because they only have one pharmacist at the time. I ask a reasonable question and to bite my head off because you are frustrated is no way to treat a customer. Rite Aid always had one pharmacist and they were not rude to you. There is one pharmacy technician that is always nice and considerate! His name is John and I appreciate his kindness and respect!

This staff is so helpful, so pleasant, and most importantly, timely. After 4 months, this change has been a blessing to us. For seniors with lots of meds, many of which require careful and timely dispense, our experience with HT has been a wonderful experience! This sounds like a paid review, but it is not! We are just SO appreciative for their professionalism!
