  I've found The recording for refills isn't very helpful. I can't make them understand the reason for my call. If it's any reason besides a refill they offer to help but can't help so I wait until the pharmacy opens and call them directly. For instance - I called in 3 refills which had to get dr's approval. They told me they would notify me upon approval if I had notifications turned on. I asked them to turn notifications on which they could not do. I somehow got put back on the original response which was to describe the reason for my call. When I tried to explain they could never understand what I was asking. It was frustrating so I hung up and called the pharmacy directly and they fixed the problem.

  I’m appalled at what I experienced this morning at attempting to pick up my medicine from the pharmacy. A customer is being waited on & I’m the only person waiting. I understand being social with your customers and empathetic towards their situations and concerns, but not at the expense of customers waiting to pick up medicine. Make the conversation short. They were holding their conversation and ignored me just like I wasn’t even there. So I left without getting my medication. Will now have to find someone to pick up my medication for me. And I could have been rude, like I was treated, and interrupted the conversation, but I chose to be better. I treat people like I want to be treated. I only came to the store to pick up medication. My health isn’t good and it’s a real sacrifice for me to come in the store to get anything. I was already experiencing shortness of breath. I wanted to shop but I needed a riding cart but none of them were charged enough to use. I was using a shopping cart to lean on to get to the pharmacy. DO BETTER
