- LBLucy BakerMay 18, 20263.0I've bought my last 2 pairs of glasses from these people and have been quite frustrated with the last episode, but EyeMart Express is working hard to correct the situation. I will say that they do not appropriately measure your face for the frame - they sell you what's on the rack. Mine don't fit and can't be adjusted tightly enough. This newest pair is less than 5 months old and I fell and broke them. Initially, I was told that new frames would be in in a week; they didn't arrive. I have made these functional with super glue and a safety pin. I called today (2 weeks after original arrival date for new frames) and was told that the frame was no longer available. However, I was advised that if I return to the store, I will be given a new pair of glasses at no charge. I live 30 miles away from the store. Because I wear progressive lenses, new glasses will not be available same day, so this will require two trips. EyeMart Express should have called me when they found out the frames were no longer available. I do appreciate the 1 year warranty.
