  Thank you sooooooooo much. Especially Deaven, the one who took care of me day 1 and 2. The process was soooo smooth, easy and quick, I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. There was another guy there too who was very helpful (i unfortunately dont remember his name) but he let me use the phone to call my parents. This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them

  I had the best first experience at eyemart express! From the moment I walked in to the time I picked up my glasses ( which were ready in less than a hour) was phenomenal. Tiffany the tech was super sweet and made me feel like I was her best friend. She explained every part of my eye exam and praised with “good job” when I did well which was a great feeling of caring which is sometimes hard to find. Dr Patoli explained everything and made sure I had the right prescription and that it was perfect . Michelle was great in helping me with my glasses to see that I got the best deals and made sure I could see well with my new glasses. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

  as a child writing this I am grateful that the man at the the desk fixed my glasses so quickly, the glasses was fixed just like that, thank you eyesmart :).

  I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional professionalism, outstanding customer service, and expertise exhibited by Philip during my recent visit to your store. The premises were impeccably maintained, with well-organized inventory drawers, and the staff members demonstrated courtesy and effective communication skills. On July 16th, I purchased glasses with double vision lenses to address anticipated glare and blue light. I was duly informed about the adjustment period required for bifocals with anti-glare and blue light protection. However, I found the transition challenging and subsequently requested a change to single vision lenses with anti-glare and blue light. The process of transitioning to the new lenses was handled smoothly, and I appreciate the courtesy extended to me in the form of a partial refund. I regret the misunderstanding regarding your policy on frame changes, as I was under the mistaken impression that alterations could be made. Originally, I selected a pink plastic frame but later realized they do not match all my work uniforms. Philip assisted me in finding a clear pair that better suited my needs during this visit. I have since learned that your store offers a 30-day warranty with only one allowed change. I have attempted to seek clarification from corporate, but they have directed me to speak with Philip, whom I am currently awaiting a callback from. I appreciate your attention to this matter and am looking forward to resolving any outstanding issues with your assistance. Thank you for your time and understanding.

  My son and I were in VA Beach for a LASIK surgery consultation. He has worn hard contacts for years, and the surgeon needs him to be out of his contacts for a few weeks. We needed glasses today that he can wear for a few weeks. The doctor recommended Eyemart Express. Associate Deaven looked up our insurance and helped pick out some glasses that were completely covered. And by the time we ate lunch and picked up a few groceries, the glasses were ready. I wish this place were closer to me for my next pair of glasses. Tons of fashionable frames for men and women made right on site. Highly recommend if you live in the area.
