  It was my first time at CycleBar and the Hilltop location was amazing! They reached out prior to class to ensure I arrived early to get set up and made me feel so welcome upon arrival. Bianca, our instructor was incredibly friendly, motivating, and encouraging. Her genuine love for what she does was so evident. During class, she gave a name shout out to my friend and I who were both first time riders. We loved the whole vibe - music, workout, and togetherness. I would definitely take another class with Bianca!

  Edited review: staff is friendly, the bikes and the room are clean, the instructors are phenomenal but the desk staff and the packages they sell are a scam. I purchased a pack of 3 rides. A week later they called and said I had to book or they were going to expire. Imagine buying a gift card for a place and they call you a week later and say it’s void if you don’t come and use it right away… I was out of town on a TAD and I told them and they said they would extend how long I had to book my rides (how kind seeing as I’d already paid for them). I booked one and went to book another a couple days later and the app said I had zero. They don’t tell you about any “fine print” or timeframe when they sell you the packages. They just sell them to you and find an excuse to take them away. It’s a shame that the classes are so good but I won’t be returning here if this is how they do business.
