- TPTonya Volk Photography4 days ago5.0I LOVE this studio, staff and the instructors!! Best investment I’ve made in myself in a very long time!!
- KHKelsey HillSep 28, 20265.0I am a huge club Pilates fan and always have a great experience at every studio I visit. I recently moved to Virginia Beach and went to a class at the courthouse studio for the first time and instantly fell in love with it because of how welcoming and kind the staff is! Their manager, Heidi, is AMAZING! The instructor, Sibel, was also so knowledgeable! Looking forward to more classes.
- JWJ Van WykSep 28, 20265.0Enjoyed the men's intro class. Sibel did a wonderful job explaining all the movements and "gently" motivating us on. I see why my Wife enjoys her classes so much!
- GSGlen SturtzSep 27, 20265.0I attended the men’s introductory workshop Sept 26. I am reasonably healthy, and thought an hour of (my mental version of) Pilates would be a “Piece of Cake”. Nope. I was on the struggle bus with nearly everything at first, but eventually was able to actually do some of what was asked. Also-the next day I had soreness in muscles I didn’t know I had. The instructor(Sibel) was amazing. Her quiet confidence and sense of humor made everyone feel at ease. Facility was spotless, and support staff is very friendly.
- JCJames ColemanSep 27, 20265.0What a great place to learn how to take care of yourself. The club was very clean. The workshop I attended was amazing. The instructor I had, Sibel, was a true professional and a master at her craft. She taught the class in a way that made everyone understand what the movement was and target areas it was to hit. I just may become a member because after yesterday's class my knees don't hurt as bad as well as my back is not as stiff. Thank you so much for everything.
