- LLliliJun 13, 20265.0Hi I’m Lisa! I went to an intro class this past Thursday and it really took me by surprise how much of a positive experience I had. I’ve never been to a Pilates or any workout class for that matter and really wasn’t sure how well I do, and have the hardest time trying new things with my anxiety. I’m really really really really glad I did. They were so welcoming and kind. I had a prior shoulder injury from a job that forced me to quit and be on a waitlist for surgery, I’ve been getting chiropractic adjustments for over a year now that got me away from surgery. But I’ve never been able to go back to working out with fear of reactivating my injury. Wes and Jessica were fabulous and patient with me, answered all my questions and after just the intro class it’s been 3 days and I’ve had zero shoulder pain. They communicate clearly prior to your class, everything is easy to follow and you can tell these beautiful people are very passionate about what they do. If you’re going through old injuries or scared to try something new I highly highly recommend you go to these sweet people and try an intro class. You won’t regret it! :)

Every class I've taken there has been fun and challenging. The instructors are all great with wonderful communication skills. The studio is immaculate and well organized. Highly recommend!
