Do you accept new patients?

Yes. New patients are always welcome at our three Roanoke Valley locations (Roanoke, Daleville, Vinton). Call or email to schedule an appointment; you can receive appointment reminders by email, text, or phone.

What payment and insurance options do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards. We can assist patients with CareCredit financing for more extensive treatments. We participate with a number of insurance plans (examples listed on our New Patients page) but we are not participating providers with Medicaid programs.

How do I complete new patient registration and medical history forms?

Accepted Answer

Download and complete the medical history/new patient forms from our website and bring them to your first appointment. We also provide online patient registration links (Denticon) for each office, including the Vinton office.

What are the Vinton office hours?

Accepted Answer

Vinton office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

How do I make an appointment at the Vinton office?
