StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Vienna offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    KD is fantastic! Every session is personalized, and the attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve seen real improvements in my flexibility and how my body feels overall. If you’re coming to StretchLab, ask for KD — you won’t be disappointed!

    Was a member for six months, would've been less but cannot terminate your membership except in writing (not verbal). Do not recommend Stretch Lab as a provider. Already had a stretch place, but thought I'd try this one for comparison. I had four separate trainers and found they were not highly qualified at all, and went through two before finding even an average one. Seems like their training session after hiring was a two-day online seminar. And, lots of turnover in the short time I was there. Trainers were not patient in the stretching session, not giving the muscle time to adjust in the stretch. Plus, all the tables are in an open room and many times the trainers were carrying on conversations among themselves during the session. No privacy at all
